A balancing act

Getting back to walking again , and trying to walk through the pain ( as my legs cramps have been quite bad recently). It seems though I tread a fine line in trying to walk and having to rest , as when I do too much I am bed bound for awhile.
It's a challenge to say the least because getting fitter improves my health but doing too much (which isnt alot!) does the reverse.
It is going to be a balancing game!

Balancing act! Even gentle exercise increases the amount of cals you burn thus helping your weight loss so don't get too down if you can't do much. Just, go with the flow baby!!! And well done on the continued loss, I'm really pleased for you as it will have such benefits long term.

Lots of hugs XXXXXXXXX

This is always one of the biggest issues I had to address with my 'clients'. What to do/change/not do/when/how/why/delegate. want to exercise vs want to be OK tomorrow. Want to be independent vs do too much. One chap wanted to know how I could advise him not to do something- surely I was there to promote his independence. I pointed out that I was- by teaching him to change and conserve energy. Some people wanted to push themselves and suffer the consequences- their choice but not soemthing I would recommend! One lady started doing a rosemary conley video from her chair (programme mde for that) and it helped her tremendously.
All that you do will help- it is one of the biggest 'injustices' of ill health that I have seen- that even if people want to be fit and keep the weight down, they cannot do much. Youare doing fab though :)

Thanks for visiting my blog. I was sorry to hear about your health issues. I'm praying for you and I will be back to see how you are doing.
Isn't it amazing how blogging gets to be addictive? I started with one blog and now have 3 and a half. The half I share with Ginger if Spiritual Sundays. I also have a couple of blogs that I just practice on.
Hugs,
Charlotte
