Well I lost another 1 1/2 lbs this week so a total of 5 1/2 lbs loss so far.
It seems to go on so quickly and takes so much longer to come off lol!

Exactly Clare. So why can't I stop putting food in my mouth? You'd think I'd have got my brain round this fact by now, but no it's still see food and eat it. I think my brain is disengaged from consequences of eating. Ugh! Well Done you and badly done me.
