Lost another 1 lb this week and I am very pleased as my week really hasn't been a focused one.
total loss 3 stone 3 1/2 lbs.

Back on Slimming plan
Atlast I seem to of been able to remotivate myself and get back on the slimming world plan.
I have really been struggling past few months and gained a total of 4 1/2 lbs since January! Today I weighed in and lost 5 lbs this week! I couldnt believe it. so now my weight loss is 3 stone 2 1/2 lbs so I back in the right direction..
I do struggle sticking to plan when I am not well as I tend not to cook from scratch and buy quick meals.
My MRI scan came back clear and I will be starting physio soon and see if we can sort it out that way. The Lord is so good to me and I am so thankless and times , but I keep going to the Lord and asking for forgivness. His love is truly wonderful.
