Weight loss update - 1/2 stone award.

I lost another 1 1/2 lbs this week and that totals 7 lbs (1/2 a stone).

Slowly but surely.

I lost another 1/2 lb this week which really suprised me as I ate non healthy food at my mum and dads BBQ at the weekend :)
